I. Basic Provisions

1.1 These Terms govern the relationship between the seller and buyer for purchases on www.kozuskovo.com.

1.2 The buyer is a consumer or business entity as defined by Slovak law.

1.3 Matters not covered here are governed by the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.

II. Order and Contract Conclusion

2.1 An order is a proposal to enter into a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order.

IV. Delivery

4.1 Delivery within 2–5 business days across the EU based on the chosen carrier.

4.2 Title passes to the buyer upon full payment and receipt of the goods.
