Returns and Complaints

Your rights when returning goods and the complaint procedure under Slovak law.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Act No. 102/2014 Coll. you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

Conditions

  • ·Goods unused and undamaged
  • ·Original packaging and tags intact
  • ·Complete contents including accessories
  • ·Completed withdrawal form
  • ·Proof of purchase (invoice)

Excluded from return

  • ·Made-to-measure goods
  • ·Goods with broken hygienic seals
  • ·Goods damaged by the customer
  • ·Goods without original packaging or tags
  • ·Sale items marked as "non-exchangeable"

Step-by-step return process

1. Notify us of the return

Within 14 days contact us at info@kozuskovo.com or fill in the withdrawal form.

2. Pack the goods

Use original or other suitable packaging. Enclose the completed form and a copy of the invoice.

3. Send the goods

Address: UBfin&style, s.r.o., Levočská 866/20, 058 01 Poprad, Slovak Republic. The buyer bears the return cost.

4. Refund

After receipt and inspection we refund the price including the cheapest standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal.

Complaints and warranty

Under Act No. 250/2007 Coll. we provide a 24-month warranty from the date of receipt.
