Shopping step by step

Browse our categories (Fur coats, Coats, Jackets, Kids) or use the search in the header. The product detail shows a gallery, description, material, available sizes and delivery info.

Pick a size (if relevant) and click Add to cart. In the cart you can change quantity or remove the product at any time.

If you are unsure about the size, check the size chart or contact us — we will advise you.

At checkout you fill in:

• contact and shipping details,
• delivery method (Packeta courier or pickup point),
• payment method (card or bank transfer).

After placing the order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary. Once shipped, you will get another e-mail with the tracking number.

When taking over the parcel always check the packaging. If damaged, write a record with the courier and contact us at info@kozuskovo.com.

You can shop without creating an account. Registered customers, however, get an overview of orders, shipment tracking and a saved wishlist.
