Order tracking

Order and shipment tracking

After shipping, you receive a tracking number by e-mail so you can keep an eye on the parcel at any time.

Order statuses

Every order goes through several statuses with us. We notify you about every important change by e-mail (and optionally by SMS).

  • Received — we have registered the order and are processing it.
  • In preparation — we are packing the product and preparing it for dispatch.
  • Shipped — the parcel has been handed to the carrier and you receive a tracking number.
  • Delivered — the parcel has been received by you or at a pickup point.

How do I find the tracking number?

After dispatch, you automatically receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier portal.

You will also find the tracking number in your account in the My orders section next to the specific order.

Tracking via Packeta

We ship through the Packeta courier. You can check the parcel status anytime at tracking.packeta.com by entering your tracking number.

What to do if the parcel does not arrive?

If the parcel does not arrive within the expected time, contact us at info@kozuskovo.com. We will start a claim with the carrier and keep you informed.
